SpillSmart RoadSpill is a highly effective organic cellulose loose particulate absorbent. When applied onto a spill, the absorbent particles encapsulate the liquid preventing it from being released back into the environment whilst naturally occurring microbes, once activated, begin to ‘digest’ oils and hydrocarbons.
Combined with a mineral grit additive, this high-performance spill response absorbent assists in leaving paved surfaces dry and reduces slippage. This increases safety for onsite workers, vehicles and other machinery.
How to Apply SpillSmart RoadSpill.
- Cover the Spill with SpillSmart RoadSpill Absorbent
- With a stiff broom, sweep the absorbent through the spill agitating the mixture until the mix is dry in appearance.
- Remove the used absorbent and dispose of in accordance with local government regulations.
